Search for Housing by Criteria

If you are looking for a particular listing and you know the address or ID #, you may search for housing by address or ID #. You may also use this feature to look up ALL addresses on a specific street.

We are currently advertising listings for Spring, Summer and Fall 2008 at this time.

To create a list of housing that meets your needs, answer the questions below and then choose 'Create List'.


1. What type of housing are you looking for? A completely vacant unit
A unit to share with current occupants
Rooms in private home, suite (private bedroom, may or may not have shared bath and/availability of kitchen varies), cooperative, rooming house, fraternity/sorority, hotel/motel, B&B
A room in a private residence hall
2. Number of bedrooms:
CAUTION: If you selected one of the last 2 options ('Rooms in private home...' or 'A room in a...') from question 1, you must pick 'Any number of bedrooms.' 		Any number of bedrooms

If you are looking for a rental season that is not listed, you are LOOKING TOO EARLY! 		Fall Semester 2008 (Leases beginning August - October)
Spring Semester 2009 (Leases beginning November through March)
Summer Long Term Lease 2008 (Leases beginning April - June)
Summer Sublet 2008 (Leases beginning April - July that end in August of the same year)
5. Do you need short term housing?
Please read for IMPORTANT information on finding short-term housing!  If you selected "Summer Sublet" above, choose "No." 		Yes No
6. What is your price range?
When entering your price range, keep in mind that:
  • You should leave blank to select all rent amounts and/or if you selected Private Residence Halls above.
  • Many factors affect the rent, including heat, sharing a bedroom, lease length, etc.
  • If you use this feature you will not see listings with rents advertised by the day/week/semester/academic year.
